Tube Cutting
Tubeway offers the following types of tube cutting services:
- Tube laser. We employ a jumbo laser and several Trumpf Series 3000, 5000, 7000 fiber technology tube lasers to achieve accurate, precision cuts with no rough or sharp edges that require further finishing.
- Saw cutting. We utilize a wide variety of cut-to-length equipment, including various Simec cold cut saws and Hydmech saws. We can process custom lengths and stock materials for one-off prototypes and high-volume production.
Our advanced equipment can handle up to 60-foot lengths, processing a maximum material size of 32″ x 32″ bundle capacity.
Brake Forming
